Dusty is the son in law of our President, Jimmy Robinson. Dusty currently holds his CLCS (Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist) designation. He graduated with honors from Roanoke College with a Business Administration degree and was awarded Conference Scholar Athlete of the Year while captaining his College golf team.

Since then, he has worked in the financial services industry in varying capacities and has been successful in building and sustaining client relationships. His career started with the Department of Defense and he was most recently a Fund Manager for The Carlyle Group in Washington, D.C. and Bell Partners Inc. in Greensboro, NC. Dusty is also a graduate of the Hartford Insurance School. He assists in all phases of agency operations, but his primary focus is helping clients with their business insurance.
