Miranda is a graduate of the InsurAcademy’s inaugural program, earning the title of Certified Customer Service Representative. She is licensed in property and casualty insurance in North Carolina and holds designations as CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor), CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative), and Personal Lines Insurance Specialist. Miranda is committed to serving her coastal community through her career in insurance.

Outside of work, Miranda enjoys spending time with her family. She has three children and four pets, keeping her active and engaged. Her hobbies include book hunting, visiting art galleries, practicing archery, and recreating recipes from her favorite restaurants. Miranda finds Eastern North Carolina to be the ideal place to pursue all her interests.
